Member Access to CarltonLakes.net

In the Fall of 2026, the Carlton Lakes Master Association launched this comprehensive, user-friendly website called CarltonLakes.net.  If you are a Carlton Lakes owner or tenant, and you do not yet have access to the members-only sections of the website, we encourage you to follow these steps at your earliest convenience.  You will then have access to the entire site and not just the few pages that are available to the public.  There are a lot of steps, but they’re all easy!

 

(1) Visit carltonlakes.net and click on Register in the upper right corner.

 

(2) On the Register page, complete all the required fields (*) plus as much additional information as you are comfortable entering, keeping in mind that you will have a chance to specify exactly which information others can see. 

 

(3) For Directory Preference at the bottom of the page, you are strongly encouraged to select Yes for Show Profile so other members of our community can see your name listed in the Member Directory.  Then click “I’m not a robot” and click Continue.

 

(4) A message will appear that says “Your registration is complete. Your login details will be emailed to the email address you provided one your account is approved by the administrator.”  You will only be approved if you are a Carlton Lakes owner or tenant.

 

(5) When you receive an email from Carlton Lakes Master Association with the subject “Registration Approved,” click on Reset Password Link.

 

(6) When the Reset Password page appears, re-enter your Username, and then enter whatever you’d like to use for a password, following the criteria shown.

 

(7) When the next page appears, click Login, then enter your Username and Password to enter the site.

 

(8) When the Carlton Lakes site appears, click on Your Profile in the upper right corner.

 

(9) Under Your Profile, click on Update Profile.

 

(8) Complete all the required fields (*) plus as much additional information as you are comfortable entering, keeping in mind that you will have a chance to specify exactly which information others can see.  Then click Save.

 

(9) Click on Update Directory Preferences, then make your selections.  We encourage you to select “Only other members can see” for as many items as you are comfortable, but especially Address in Carlton Lakes, Local Association, and Email Address, so your friends in the community can easily reach you.

 

(10) If you wish, you may now add other members of your family as Sub Users.  You are considered a Level 1 Member, a significant other is generally considered a Level 2 Member, and children are considered Level 3 Members.   Just go back to Your Profile, and right below Your Level 2 Members, click on “add” and follow the instructions.  Your Level 2 and 3 Members will all have access to the entire website, and will all be associated with you in the database.
