Member Website Access

In the Fall of 2026, the Carlton Lakes Master Association launched this comprehensive, user-friendly website called CarltonLakes.net. If you are a Carlton Lakes owner or tenant, and you do not yet have access to the members-only sections of the website, we encourage you to follow these steps at your earliest convenience. You will then have access to the entire site and not just the few pages that are available to the public. There are a lot of steps, but they’re all easy!

(1) Visit CarltonLakes.net/Login. It will open in a new tab or window so you can keep checking these instructions.

(2) Click on Forgot Password. When the Forgot Password page appears, enter your email address and click Submit.

> If “Unable to send login instructions” appears, this means you are not yet in the website database, and you should jump down to PART B below. Otherwise, proceed...

(3) Check for an email from Carlton Lakes Master Association (it could take several hours) and then click on the link. (If you don’t see the email, check your Spam folder. If you can’t find it, let us know by emailing CarltonLakesCommunications@gmail.com.)

(4) When the Reset Password page appears, re-enter your email as your Username, and then enter whatever you’d like to use for a Password, following the criteria shown.

(5) When the next page appears, click Login, then enter your Username and Password to enter the site.

(6) When the Carlton Lakes site appears, click on Your Profile in the upper right corner.

(7) Under Your Profile, click on Update Profile.

(8) Complete/correct all the required fields (*) plus as much additional information as you are comfortable entering, keeping in mind that you will have a chance to specify exactly which information others can see. Please note there should only be one name in the First Name field — the person whose email address is used as the Username for this account. You’ll have a chance to enter a significant other and/or other household members separately. Then click Save.

(9) If you wish to add a photo to your profile, go back to Your Profile, then click on Update Profile Photo. Once you’ve uploaded your photo, click Save.

(10) Click on Update Directory Preferences, then make your selections. You are encouraged to select Yes for Show Profile at the top, so other members of our community can see your name listed in the Member Directory. Make the other selections as you see fit, but we encourage you to select “Only other members can see” for as many items as you are comfortable, especially Address in Carlton Lakes, Local Association, and Email Address, so your friends in the community can easily reach you.

(11) The website is designed to have members of the same household grouped together. As the first to log in, the website considers you to be the Level 1 member of your household, while any other adult (including your significant other) should be entered as a Level 2 member, with children as Level 3 members. All household members will have full access to the site and will receive all the email bulletins. You will all be associated with each other in the Member Directory, but different levels will not be revealed. To enter other household members, just go back to Your Profile, and right below Your Level 2 Members, click on “add” and complete the fields for that person’s profile. Do the same to add any other Level 2 or 3 members. Once you do that, they will receive an email inviting them to click on a link to create their password and log in.

PART B. Instructions for those who are not yet in the CarltonLakes.net database:

(1) Visit CarltonLakes.net/register. It will open in a new tab or window so you can keep checking these instructions.

(2) On the Register page, complete all the required fields (*) plus as much additional information as you are comfortable entering, keeping in mind that you will have a chance to specify exactly which information others can see.

(3) For Directory Preference at the bottom of the page, you are encouraged to select Yes for Show Profile so other members of our community can see your name listed in the Member Directory. Then click “I’m not a robot” and click Continue.

(4) A message will appear that says “Your registration is complete. Your login details will be emailed to the email address you provided once your account is approved by the administrator.” This could take up to 48 hours, and you will only be approved if you are a Carlton Lakes owner or tenant.

(5) When you receive an email from Carlton Lakes Master Association with the subject “Registration Approved," click on Reset Password Link. (If you still don't see the email after 48 hours, check your Spam folder.)

(6) When the Reset Password page appears, re-enter your email as your Username, and then enter whatever you’d like to use for a Password, following the criteria shown.

(7) When the next page appears, click Login, then enter your Username and Password to enter the site.

(8) When the Carlton Lakes site appears, click on Your Profile in the upper right corner.

(9) Under Your Profile, click on Update Profile.

(10) Complete all the required fields (*) plus as much additional information as you are comfortable entering, keeping in mind that you will have a chance to specify exactly which information others can see. Only enter one name in the First Name field — the person whose email address is used as the Username for this account. You’ll have a chance to enter a significant other separately. Then click Save.

(11) If you wish to add a photo to your profile, go back to Your Profile, then click on Update Profile Photo. Once you’ve uploaded your photo, click Save.

(12) Click on Update Directory Preferences, then make your selections. We encourage you to select “Only other members can see” for as many items as you are comfortable, but especially Address in Carlton Lakes, Local Association, and Email Address, so your friends in the community can easily reach you.
