Clubhouse & Surrounding Area
The Master Association maintains these amenities in and around the Clubhouse for use of all residents:

Clubhouse Main Room
Carlton Lakes residents may reserve the Main Room and adjacent kitchen for meetings or social events only. Reservations are on a "first-come, first-served" basis and can be made by contacting the Property Manager. For a social event, a Carlton Lakes Clubhouse Facility Rental Agreement is required, which can be obtained by visiting Reservations. Priority is given to Master Association meetings, local association meetings, committee meetings, and committee-sponsored social functions over private events.
Clubhouse Lending Library / Small Meeting Space
Residents are encouraged to borrow books from our lending library and are welcome to contribute books to the collection. Since there is limited space, we only accepts books in good condition with current publication dates, and we cannot accept books that are missing covers, are coffee/water stained or have browned pages. Coffee table books, cookbooks, travel books, bibles, magazines, and games are not accepted. The library may also be reserved for smaller meetings by contacting the Property Manager.
Clubhouse Fitness Center
Our well-equipped Fitness Center is available to all owners and renters on a first-come, first served basis. No reservations are required, and users are asked to limit workouts to a maximum of one hour.
Clubhouse Pool, Spa & Pool Deck
Residents are welcome to use the main Clubhouse swimming pool, spa and pool deck area. However, there are no lifeguards or attendants on duty at any time, so everyone using these facilities does so at their own risk. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. The pool/spa and pool deck are open from 8:00am until dusk (30 minutes before sunset), so night use is prohibited. Showers are required before entering the pool or spa, and no soaps or shampoos may be used. Glass and food are prohibited on the wet deck, and pets are not allowed inside the perimeter fence. Always use a towel on the lounge chairs, and please replace any furniture you have moved before you leave. Be sure to observe all other posted pool and spa rules.

Tennis Courts
Residents are welcome to use the four clay tennis courts and are not required to join the Tennis Club. However, the courts are reserved on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings from 8:30-11:30am for use by Tennis Club members. If all four courts are not being utilized, there will be an open court noted on the kiosk, so check for availability. All other time slots can be signed up for on the kiosk, but not more than seven days in advance and for not more than one time per resident per day.

Bocce Courts
The bocce courts are available to all residents, and joining the Bocce Club is not required to play. However, the courts are reserved on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8:00-10:00am for use by the Bocce Club members. If there is a tournament scheduled on those days, the courts are reserved from 8:00 to 12:00 Noon.
Bocce balls for use by the residents are located in the storage box behind the metal storage building. Please return balls to the box when finished playing.

Children's Playground Area
Playground hours are from 8:00am to sunset. All children need adult supervision and pets are not permitted inside the playground fence.
Please remember the playground area is for children, not adults.
Carlton Lakes amenities are for all residents. We only ask that when using them, follow the rules and respect your neighbors.
