Welcome to CarltonLakes.net, the comprehensive website for Carlton Lakes, a 245-acre community encompassing 800 single and multi-family residences in beautiful North Naples.  With 16 tranquil lakes and 55 acres of natural preserves, our neighborhoods embrace the southwest Florida environment, and our extensive common areas create a vibrant and cohesive community.

 

The community's Master Association is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, whose primary objective is to ensure that Carlton Lakes remains an appealing, well-maintained, and financially stable community. 

           

 

Our community is a short 10-minute walk to various shops, services, and restaurants.  To the east, the Pelican Strand shopping and office complex is anchored by Publix supermarket and Circle K gas station and convenience store.  In the southwest corner are Dunkin’ Donuts and Oakes Farms/Seed to Table, which is actually a member of Carlton Lakes and whose payments serve to lower the fees for our homeowners.  The locations of many of these businesses are shown on this map.

 

Carlton Lakes is located just five miles from the Gulf shores and Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach — recently ranked among the top five beaches in the nation — and just six miles from the Mercato entertainment district, featuring many diverse restaurants, bars, shops, and movie theaters.  Numerous public golf courses and other recreational venues are also found nearby.
