Carlton Lakes is a short 10-minute walk to various shops, services, and restaurants.  To the east, the Pelican Strand shopping and office complex is anchored by Publix supermarket and Circle K gas station and convenience store.  In the southwest corner are Dunkin’ Donuts and Oakes Farms/Seed to Table, which is actually a member of Carlton Lakes and whose payments serve to lower the fees for our homeowners.
